If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days of the shipping date. Customer covers the return shipping costs. Items must be unworn, and tags must be attached. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or store credit. 

If you discover a defect in your item, send us a photo along with your order number, and we will replace it at no cost within 30 days of the shipping date.

We're being Canadian and apologizing in advance, ha. If shipping costs seem high, it's because shipping is expensive—despite what Amazon says. Canada Post charges us more for postage than our flat rate prices so we will still pay out of pocket to cover total shipping costs.
