What is your Return Policy?

If you are unhappy with your item, you may return it for a full refund within 60 days of the shipping date. Customer covers the return shipping costs. Items must be unworn, and tags must be attached. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund or store credit.
If you discover a defect in your item, send us a photo along with your order number, and we will replace it at no cost within 30 days of the shipping date.

We offer flat rate shipping, and prices vary based on location—choose from our dropdown menu during checkout. We ship to the US as well. In true Canadian style, we're sorry that we can't offer free shipping on every order, eh?! We know shipping sucks! We're still small compared to the big brands out there so we don't have the negotiating power to get bulk discounted shipping rates—YET! SHIPPING COSTS EXPLAINED
If shipping costs seems expensive, it's because shipping is expensive—despite what Amazon says. We have set flat rates to create some savings for you regardless of how many items you purchase. And it is FREE when you spend a certain amount! But the flat rate we charge is NOT what Canada Post charges us. On average these are our costs to ship one item as a package with a tracking number: • one item within Atlantic Canada - $12-$15 + HST and packaging
• one item to Quebec-Ontario - $15-$18 + HST and packaging
• one item to Manitoba - Alberta $16-$18 + HST and packaging
• one item to British Columbia - $18 - $20 + HST and packaging ** This is AFTER our small business discount is applied which is currently saving us about $2/shipping label. Regardless of when your order qualifies for FREE shipping, we still have to pay those costs to Canada Post. Nothing is actually free, it just means the company (we) are choosing to absorb those shipping fees. We realize it's common pain-point and a cost of doing business so we'll happily continue to do so! With that in mind, it's impossible to absorb the full amount and offer FREE shipping on a single item purchase. In many cases, the shipping amount is larger than our profit margin—particularly when we're running a sale. We are continually searching for better shipping options. But right now, Canada Post offers the most competitive rates for us. We hope this helps!

Where do your garments come from?

We work with Canadian distributors to purchase all of our blank clothing. Most of our products are manufactured in North America. Unfortunately, we have not found many Canadian manufacturers producing clothing at the same level of style and comfort that we want to offer. We have found one manufacturer in Quebec producing unique pieces. Because they experience lower sales volumes of their "fashion-forward" pieces, those are still manufactured in China. Yes, we have explored Stanfield's Ltd in Truro. While they are local, they do not produce the same items we're looking to carry.

Where is your clothing printed?

Everything we carry is printed by hand in our own print studio located in Martins Point, Nova Scotia. We use a traditional screen printing technique. In February 2020, we purchased the company printing our merchandise and moved their equipment to our own studio!

Where is your head office?

Our studio and warehouse are located in Martins Point, Nova Scotia. Everything is designed, printed, packaged and shipped from here :) If you don't know where that is, it's between Mahone Bay and Chester.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, we are looking for wholesale accounts. Please contact us to discuss arranging a sweet deal!

I saw something before but I don't see it now?

Because we are still small, we produce in small batches—particularly, when we are testing new products and designs. Some colours come and go, and some make a come back a few months down the road. New products don't always get added to the online store right away. So let us know if you can't find a particular item you saw in our fashion truck.

I have a group of friends and we want something unique just for us. Can you do that?

We will do our best! Send us an email and we'll work out the details!

Do you do trunk shows and pop up shops?

Yes we do! Email us and if our schedule permits we'll make every effort to be at your event! As of Summer 2020, we will have a fully stocked mobile fashion truck that we can take just about anywhwere!

What is WRAP?

All of our current manufacturers are WRAP certified. WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) is a globally recognized, 3rd party certifying body. Their mission is to promote ethical, humane and lawful conditions and practices in all manufacturing facilities. Companies accepted into the WRAP organization go through an extensive application process in which manufacturing facilities, working environments, and workers' rights are inspected and approved by the WRAP association. WRAP certifications are awarded based on, internationally and nationally accepted humane workplace standards, local laws, and ethical manufacturing regulations. What Principles Does the WRAP Certification Include? • Human resources management • Health and safety standards • Environmental and eco-friendly practices • Legal compliance including import/export, customs compliance and security standards
